DCL Brochure, question about couple of photos.

I am forever drooling over the 2001-2003 vacation guide and would love to know about 2 of the large pictures in there:

Page 22 & 23 - I guess it is the Spa area, but what type of treatment is that?, looks good!

Page 32 & 33 - Which island is that?, and how do you get to that viewing point? (hoping it is on the eastern itinerary!!)

The picture on page 32-33 is taken at the top of the Paradise tramway on St. Thomas! That is indeed an Eastern Caribbean port! Quite beautiful too!

Doing our first Dis cruise this Dec...
but my guess is that area on pg 22-23 is the infamous heated lounge chairs in the spa Rain Forest. Someone pls. correct me if I'm wrong. On the trip report page "Hiddenhearth" has an excellent 12+ page report 'Time is not fair' in which part 8 he leads us to believe - he is the guy in this photo with the Atlas arms and his DW is in the silver bikini!! ;)

4nana....you are correct!!! Those are definitely the heated loungers in the Rain forest Room in the Spa. I spent many enjoyable hours on them over the course of our 5 DCL cruises!!!

I had to grab my brochure and look at the pix after I read the thread!!!


For HiddenHearth......"you" look so distinguished and your "wife" looks for unconscience (sp)!!! Those chairs will definitely help
bring you to "A Whole New World".
