:mic: The DIS Boards will be shutting down at 10pm Eastern Time, tomorrow, Saturday March 21 for a major upgrade. Webmaster Alex expects them to be down for 5 to 6 hours.
:scared1:
I know that with this forced withdrawal many of us may experience shakes, uncontrollable mood swings, hallucinations of popcorn smilies and Lime Green Mickey Heads, and nightmares of the Tag Fairy on heelies with an old refillable mug pool hopping with her 4 year olds she snuck in as under 3. But look at this as a positive thing! This means you get a few hours to get some housecleaning done, tackle the laundry pile, cook a few meals for the week, spend some time with the family, maybe catch up on some TV, and get your taxes finished up.
We hope to see you all back here with your cups of coffee:surfweb: on Sunday morning ready for your DIS fix!:thumbsup2

Nah. But you have to work it right. Around 10pm you turn off your computer and go to your family and say, "You know, I have really not spent way too much time on here today. I am turning off this computer right now and going to get some things done that I have been neglecting. :laundy: And maybe we can watch a movie together. :happytv: Shall I fix some snacks?"
See, now you have all the sudden become this wonderful person that is sacrificing your personal wants for the good of the family. You don't have to ever tell them the DIS is down!:rolleyes1

Oh no! You mean you actually expect us to go back to our pre-Disser lives? I'm not sure I can do that :scared1: It was just toooooo boring!
Cook a meal - Nah!
Do a load of laundry - well if I have no clean clothes, maybe!:laundy:
Have a converstion with someone whose real live face I can see - doubtful at this point  Can't imagine talking without hitting thses little black keys :rotfl:
I'll just sit and stare at the screen and wait for it to come back up:surfweb:
But thanks for the warning.;)
