Time for another softball!
In what theme park's land and restaurant can these signs be found? What relation does the name of the restaurant have with Disneyland?

You did not seem to have too much trouble with this one.
The signs can be found inside Liberty Square's Columbia Harbour House restaurant. The relation with Disneyland was simply that the restaurant shared the same name with the Sailing Ship Columbia attraction on the Rivers of America. It is rumored that WDW was originally going to also have a ship named Columbia, and be docked in the general vicinity of the restaurant, but the Haunted Mansion materialized (pun intended) instead!.
