Best rates so far for last two weeks of October

This would be for a value resort only....


Just wondering what I should expect to pay during the last two weeks of October 2002. I beleive that the rack rate is somewhere around 109.00

I'm hoping with a DC membership and AP pass that I should get
a much better rate.

Any input would be great.

I've got the ASMu booked for 5 nights starting October 20th for $471 with the AAA rate. DC was alittle less than $2 more, but I'm also hoping for an AP rate to come out. So with tax is about $94 a night. I guess it could be worse.

Last year the values were only $49 a night for the last two weeks of October. A code came out in May that was good for all of October through January. It only excluded holidays. Moderates were $94 a night. We got CBR last year in mid October for only $94 a night! I'm hoping the same codes come out again soon.
