I need to call MS on Saturday at 1 pm, right at the time we have a table booked in Bath for lunch. Nat has kindly offered to let me use her mobile but I'm guessing that the freephone number won't work, will it :confused3
To be honest, I'm not even sure what number I would need to call if I don't use the freephone number. And is there any way to make that call cheaper?

I have called from a mobile and you can still get through using the normal free toll number, you just drop the first 0 and then type the number in as usual when it asks. I am not sure how much it costs though as I am on 02 pay as you go and have an international bolt on as I phone up a lot from my mobile, the calls cost me 15p a minute.

Best bet is to check the terms of the service provider for calling freephone numbers. If not find the closest payphone, not that there are many about these days!
