disneyauditions.com contains information about all types of auditions.
stick with the info on the college site as that is what is applicable to what they are looking for.
you don't need a headshot. you don't need a resume.
you need to show up wearing attire that will allow you to move around without restrictions and also wear dance shoes or sneakers (no dress shoes).

I have my gym clothes and sports bra (I'm wondering if I can get mouse with my sports bra on lol - I heard if you're big chested you cant get mice lol) I think I go down like 2 sizes with it on! It's kinda scary! haha.
I have these nice gym clothes with a zip up hoodie and black capri's and I'm wearing a slightly fashionable undershirt compared to my usual gym clothes. Ok so I should be good shoewise. i like my sketchers with no laces a lot lol.

As already stated... you do not need a headshot/resume.
Your clothing should be more fitted than loose, it's easier to see your body move. Don't wear a hoodie, a t-shirt would be fine, but a tighter t, or tank would be best.
You aren't cast for any specific characters, such as mouse, so your size doesn't matter, only your height; I'd wear a sports bra anyway (I wore two with a leo to flatten my chest).
