Article Submission?

A couple of weeks ago Pete mentioned they would be starting to accept articles from listeners. Does anyone know if they have put up the application procedures yet? :confused3

Pete said the info on member submission would be coming in the near future. But - with the Podcast cruise approaching quickly and him being gone to DL for a bit, I'm guessing we'll all need to be patient.
