Which show had the discussion about off-site burger joints?

I think it was in the past 2-3 months. I remember Fuddruckers being mentioned. Can anyone direct me to the show/notes or the burger places that were discussed?

I think it might have been the Dec 24th, 2008 show. Fuddruckers was one burger place mentioned, and 5 Guys was the other. I remember because a 5 Guys opened up here in Rochester right after Kevin reviewed it.
