Just started planting today! I've can't seem to shake this nasty cold. Today sick our not I decided weather was to nice to pass up. 68 right now. We planted(rose's) grahm thomas,angel face,free sail,lynn anderson,touch of class and also added babys breath. After lunch we plan on planting my 6 peony plants and 3 more english rose's to plant today. The next couple of days will be the rest of the perrenials and the veggie plants. We decided on cocoa mulch. It sure smelled nice bringing it home in the van yesterday.Susan

I love rose bushes. They add such beauty to any garden!

I also love peonies.....the colors and beauty of the blooms just can't be beat!

That sounds LOVELY! I love the combination of roses and baby's breath. Makes it very convenient to cut yourself a bouquet! A few roses and a spray of baby's breath - and you are all set!

I spent the day planting too. Finished the upper two tiers of my new flower beds. I am all tuckered out - but they sure look nice. :)
