Oh I've been around...living vicariously through all those who have been going the past year and a half! Now it's almost our turn to go back! Funny, when we went in 2007 we went with the mindset that we would probably never go back. After our first day there we kept saying to each other "the next time we are here we'll do xxxx or stay at xxxx"!

Yep....been there, said that. We went in 1998 and have gone back every year since then (sometimes more than once a year). Back then, I didn't know anything about discussion boards or Disney planning websites. Just went and had a great time and got hooked!

Before booking this year's trip, we thought about going somewhere else for our annual Summer vacation but decided that we were just running a fever and were talking out of our heads!:rotfl:

There's just no better place in the world to vacation than Walt Disney World!

We'll be at Pop in August too. August 6th through 15th. First time staying in a value and am still a bit nervous but I am sure we'll be fine!

Too odd! We are CBR lovers having stayed there three years in a row. I'm so excited about staying at Pop. I have posted a couple of threads about my nervousness and everybody assured me we'll be happy with Pop! Will you have your lime green Mickey heads on your bags? If so, I'll look for you.

Lime Green Mickey Heads are found in your local Home Depot paint department. You know the sample cards you get with paint colors on them. Well, at Home Depot they are shaped like Mickey Mouse heads. You take those cards and write your Disboard user name on them. I wrote my name with a black Sharpie on the card and then laminated it. I then punched a hole in the corner and used it as a luggage tag. I tied the tag onto my backpack.

Hello everyone! I am really great at lurking, not so good at posting in a forum type setting, so I hope I am doing this right!
DH and I went to WDW on our honeymoon in 1994 and we went back with our 2 girls starting in 2006. Well the Year of a Million Dreams advertising got the best of me so we went back in 2007. Went again this past 2008 for a dream 2 week trip. Didn't plan on going this year except that we bought into DVC and got those developer points. Oh darn, we HAVE to go back! So we are going for 5 days the last week of July. We go every year in July!! Go ahead and call us crazy!!
Anyway I look forward to being part of the action now!!

Lucky! We aren't going back to our favorite resort (CBR) this next trip. We have family who may be traveling with us and they need to stay in a value resort. So, we're giving Pop Century a try. I'm so gonna miss the CBR! Oh well, I'll just have to go back and look at my pictures of the resort.
