What age group is this for? Would DD7 enjoy this? Is it with an adult? Do you book it the day you board?

Tea with Wendy would probably be fun for your DD. Some of the children dressed up in their "pretty" clothes, my DD (who was an infant), went with sunscreen in her hair! The children are accompanied by a parent-type, the tea is "iced" tea and the cookies are delicious!

Check your Navigator for info about where to get tickets, it's free. Also, they choose "brothers", so if you have a son he might get chosen to be onstage! Actually, when we were there, no boys were agree, so there was a sister and brother!

Have a great trip!

I think we will do this. Sounds like this is something my Kelly will love!

Momtograce,

Did I understand correctly that there are little boys at the tea with Wendy?

Absolutely! They are Wendy Darling's brothers (?). This is fun even for adults without kids!!

Do you need a Priority Seating or reservation of any kind to go to the Tea with Wendy? Is this Tea offered on the 3-day cruises also(we will be on the 4-day land, followed by the 3-day cruise package in April 2003)?

I believe this is only on the 7 day cruise. It is free, but you must have a ticket. They are distributed on Sunday am usually, check your Navigator!

Yes, as mom2grace said, check your Navigator for the time/place that tickets are distributed. It's usually on Sunday morning in front of Studio Sea. Be there 30 minutes before the stated time because they sometimes start the distribution early and then they're all gone by the scheduled time.

Like Dave said check your Navigators for time and place to get tickets. Get there early because there are a limited number of tickets handed out. I got there about 30 minutes early to get tickets (a tip from this board!) and they started handing out them out about 20 minutes early!

Tea w/ Wendy only lasts about 20 - 30 minutes total so you do not need to block out a large part of your day. She does have an autograph session at the end.

Would 2 1/2 year olds like this? They love to "do tea" at home and both have their own tea set.

There are all ages at the tea. Wendy basicly retells the story of Peter Pan and instructs everyone on the proper way to have tea.

You kids would probably enjoy it. Like I said earlier, it does not last very long plus there are chocolate chip cookies!!!:D

When do they usually have Tea with Wendy?

It is on sea days- Monday and Thursday. When you get your tickets they will ask which day you want to go. The tickets do not have a time printed on them (at least ours didn't) so we had to call guest services for the time. I am sure I was told when we got the tickets but you know how that goes...
