Can someone help me with my save the date?

I'm pretty happy with how this looks, all except the little circled area...

Can anyone make me a better circular selection thingy that I can use instead of the one I've got? I think I'd like it a bit thinner, I'm ok with the colouring, but black might look nicer?? and smoother? This one looks pretty messy.
