i so need some help

i'm trying to make <aurora2> on my cricut on 5 inches. Could someone PLEASE tell me how the stinkin' eyes go????? OMG. she looks like a crazy princess!!!!! please please tell me how the white and the color go! i wanted to put it on the front of a card for a little girl who just loves her.

take a look at the card stock it was cut from. It is in the proper orientation for the eyes - then just place them in the same position...does that make sense?

i think i have gorilla hands! the pieces are so stinkin' tiny. there is not enough room to put them next to each other. do you think it should be layered? like the white on the bottom and the blue on top??
am i making any sense??

Sorry! Cant help. I hate those stinking eyes. I have taken to using a white maker and then drawing them in.

ok. maybe that's what i should do. i have a white marker too.
thanks for the suggestion. maybe i'll try it out first on a scrap piece 1st so i don't mess up my good one.

Attach some white paper, behind the face where the eyes go. Then use a marker, colored pencil, or stickles for the iris. I don't mess around with cutting them out either. I use stickles, because the little sparkle makes it look not so dead eyed.

thanks hope. she's all glued together except for her eyes. so i can't put the paper behind them.

thanks everyone for all the great suggestions. i found my white pen and wouldn't ya know it's all dried up! oh good grief.
i'm off to get a new one today.
i have to color them in because there is no way i can figure out those teeny tiny pieces go.

ok i went and bought a new white pen. Now, do i color the whole eye in white and the color blue on top and a tiny black in the center??
have i told you i'm not good at that??

any suggestions as to what you all have done. please.& thank you.

I'd color them white. Then put blue for the iris but not quite cover all the white, leaving a "catch light" of the white on the SAME SIDE of each eye. Skip the black pupil. there isn't room.

she does look demented huh?! i thought it was just me!!

i'm so ready to give up. but what would i do with an already but eyes made Aurora? i can not throw her out!

Those princesses do look demented! I have to have Dan color the eyes because the pieces are so darned small! How'd she come out?

well the coloring was not going to work. so i actually put the eyes in where they belonged. she looks......well.....ok. i guess.
my computer is so acting up these days or i'd post a pic of her. maybe i'll try to upload it later on tonight.
dh said slap her on a card and nobody will care what her eyes look like!:rotfl:

Put a little ribbon over her eyes and have the card say "Guess Who is sending you a Birthday Greeting"
