My wife and I are currently listening to the podcast and I had a quick question...we just moved to Central Florida this past August and as soon as we got our Florida drivers licenses we went to Disney to get our APs. In the podcast I thought someone had said that the price to renew your AP is no different than it was when you first purchased it.

We were under the impression that it was cheaper to renew it than the initial price. What's the deal?

There is a small savings if you renew as opposed to letting your AP lapse and then buying a new one.

There is a savings
I renewed my AP from a full year one to a "seasonal" - there are a few blackout dates mostly in the summer ( when I do not go anyways) so for me it was OK..I saved over $100.....:cool1:
