days to our trip! We started out 6 nights 7 days and now we're up to 8 nights 9 days. And I keep thinking "If we want to do this, then we'll HAVE to stay one more day"... SOMEBODY STOP ME!
Now I think a even 10 nights would be great, good round number, don't you think?

Tinky, I did 3-1/2 weeks at WDW on my last trip. I can tell you that it was not enough. It is never enough. By the way, there is no cure for your illness. But there are many people who have the same disease. Hello, my name is Janet and I am a WDW addict.

If you are that addicted, we have a cure for you. Join DVC and prepay all your lodging. It works for us. Then the only addiction that you suffer from is purchasing more and more points. Oooh, they are opening a new DVC resort, I need to get 100 points there, too.

Seriously, if you are paying that much for your lodging, use that to purchase DVC and get ahead of the game.

Thanks for input! I am trying to talk DH into DVC and I don't think it will take much persuading. I ordered the video (not a lot of help) but I think I will start lurking around the DVC board for additional info!

As much as I love Disney one yr. I stayed for 2 weeks and by the 8th day I was missing my own bed, my own bathroom and I was getting a little homesick. Disney is fun, I I rather take many smaller trips then one larger one. No matter how much time you have down there something new is popping up to do for the next time.:D :bounce:

Gail T Again, I don't think your problem was the length of your trip, maybe it was the resort you were staying in?? Now, one of the DVC resorts would be good :D

Our longest stay was 14 nights and I definately could have done more! I seriously don't think I could ever stay long enough (of course I would run out of money).

I'm a WDW addict too!! We are staying 9 nights, but started out with 11. My DH had me cancel two nights. We are also staying 3 nights at HRH after our Disney trip. This is not long enough for me, though. IMO the longer, the better!

I talk to people at work all the time and they only go for 3 or 4 days. Some even go only for a day. This I can't understand, but different strokes for different folks. They tell me it's too much if they go longer. I try to tell them if they go even a little bit longer, they won't feel so rushed to get everything done and will have more time to relax and enjoy things. Needless to say, they don't understand my addiction.
