What are the fastest earners?

Not that I'm greedy or impatient, but which programs seem to pay out the fastest and how do you maximize your earning potential?

I am really having WDWWS (Walt Disney World Withdrawal Syndrome) lately and I don't think I'll be able to afford another trip for a long time if i don't start cracking down and doing more rewards programs. Please help me.

I started doing Blink and Mypoints in January and I've already cashed out for $90 in webcertificates. I do quite a bit of shopping online though, so that definitely helps. I shop alot at Lands End and LL Bean and I try to take advantage of double points offers at Mypoints.com. Right now they have a double point "Dad and Grads" promotion going on. I also sign up for as many freebies as possible.
