Do we have to walk outside to get to the main building?

Considering WL, Poly and AKL and just wondering if for any of these hotels we would have to walk outside to get to the main building (ie where the foodcourt is).

We stayed at POR and found we had a long walk to breakfast, whereas in the Dolphin we just got the lift which was much easier?

Are the rooms attached to the main building or separate?

At the Poly you will have to walk outside to get to the main bldg, but not at the other 2.....

Right, you don't have to walk outside at the other two but depending on where your room is, it could be a bit of a walk--however, in comparison to PO, the PO walk to the foodcoart is still longer. Even though you have to walk outside at Poly, I wouldn't neccessarily consider the walk as long as how it could be at PO. What a great walk it is next to the lake with the Polynesian theme! By the way, if you're considering CBR, it's the same type of set-up as PO.

It should also be noted that none of these resorts have a food court. They have a counter service restaurant, but you won't have the options you had at PO.
