Boy, I'm on the ball this time! I mailed my t-shirt out this morning when I mailed my basket. It's going north also.

Well, I am a little late here. Tomorrow I will get the stuff for my basket exchange and get it mailed Monday. I can't get my t-shirt until June 12 or 13. I have a specific shirt in my mind, but have to make a little trip to get it. ;) So, both the basket and the shirt will be mailed within two weeks. Can't wait to go shopping. :D

I'm going to buy my t-shirt tomorrow. Will try and get it posted tomorrow cause as Bouncy said the post offices are closed here on Monday and Tuesday for this jubilee thing. But hey, I'm getting Monday off work so thats good;) :D

I should also mention my t-shirt came from TX! She was so funny mentioning that the 'pictured' Armadillos on my t-shirt are considered "road or speed bumps"! DH & I were hysterical!

I didn't get a chance to post until tonight but I'm so excited because I got my t-shirt from ***********! It's a gorgeous yellow layered-look shirt with an embroidered picture of daisies and other flowers with an Amish wagon and it also had Amish Country Pennsylvania embroidered on it. And it smells so yummy (just like shoofly pie in fact) because she actually included a shoofly pie and some jams in the box too! I just mentioned the other day how interested I was in the Amish and asked what a shoofly pie was too. And now I can't wait to taste it. You certainly paid attention lol! :D

Funny how everything is exactly my taste too. I wonder why that is? ;) Thanks a million!!!

By the way, my stuff is ready to go. It's just waiting for me to have the time to mail it. One more day of work and then it's on the way!!! :)

Beatriz (bizybea) included a letter, telling me about herself and also about her town, Findlay, Ohio, and why it's called Flag City, USA :) She even included a flag!!

I will be getting my t-shirt to send out this weekend!! I'm wondering if I should get one that says "Massachusetts" or one that says "Boston", or one with my town on it! Help me here, I don't know what kind to get!!!!!! :D I'm leaning towards either a "Boston" shirt or just "Massachusetts". The shirts with our town name on them are rather plain, and they don't say "Massachusetts" on them at all, so I don't think that would be a good idea.

Hey! I just wanted to check in and let y'all know that I received my box today! Planogirl sent me a beautiful yellow tshirt with bluebonnets (her favorite~they are very pretty) on it that says "Dallas Texas"! But that's not all; she sent me a gorgeous photographed card titled "Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush at Sunrise", a Dallas magnet with the state flag, boots, stars, chilis and cactus on it, a magnet memo clip that says "Texas" with the state outline and wildflowers on it, AND a ceramic tile with a clothespin glued to it so it's a memo holder with handpainted "Wildflowers of Texas" on it~it's next to my computer to hold all my important notes. Isn't that neat? I didn't expect to get so much! Thank you, Planogirl! The box was such a nice surprise.:D Once again, thanks to all who helped make this exchange possible. This is the first one that I have participated in, but definitly not my last! Keep 'em coming!:smooth:

I had a slip of paper that explained the shirt, but it fell out when I repacked it. Your t-shirt is of the Madison Farmer's Market which is the biggest FM in the US. Thousands of people come to the Capitol square every Saturday between April and October to buy plants, flowers and fresh veggies in season. Everything sold on the Capitol side of square must be baked or grown in Wisconsin. For instance, we buy our sweet rolls on Capitol side and our coffee across the street :).

I included some postcards from Boston (one of the city and one of Boston Light {lighthouse}), Plymouth (the Mayflower II), and Cape Cod. All of these places are what I consider "home" to me, here in Massachusetts. I wrote short notes on the backs of the postcards, so whoever gets them, please flip them over and read what I wrote! :) I also included a refrigerator magnet! :)

I got my t-shirt today! Its a "Monopolizing Time in Boyertown, PA" game t-shirt. The picture on the front is set up like a monopoly board with all the town businesses as the property you purchase. It came with dice and playing pieces. My DD asked me where the money was. She was ready to play. It's a cute shirt.

Carol thank-you sooooo much,that was a lovely thought.The kids have run away with the pencils!!!The t-shirt is lovely,the blossom on the front is fab.I love cherry blossom.My DS Ciarn couldn't wait to get home and put the magnet on our fridge!!!

Carol also enclosed a letter and a description of Macon,very very interesting.

I haven't received mine yet either. I sent mine out a long time ago and haven't heard anything on it, I have seen posts from my person so I know they are around but no post sayint they received it, but than no post saying they haden't so now I wonder if they received it and hated it........

Mine was waiting for me when I got home. :D I got a great tee from Estes Park in Colorado from tc!! She also sent a cute s'mores ornament from the same park. Thank you so much, I love it. I wear a lot of tee shirts to my exercise classes. So this will get lots of wear! Thanks, again. :D :D

Well mine finally got to its destination,IT took about 7 weeks to get there!!!!My other parcel sent at the same time but a different state arrived within 10 days of posting it!!!
I am sorry some of you haven't recieved anything yet,I have tried my best for you all,and taken some abuse for it too!!!!If you want to know who your exchangee is then just PM me and I will gladly let you know.Obviously my endless posts aren't working.:(

I couldn't find this thread, so I posted a new one. She sent me a terrific lime green Florida t-shirt, as well as a Tupperware lidded cup that was stuffed to the brim with a beanie bear, magnet, keychain, & pencils!!!!
