Packing tonight...do the cabin kitchens have measuring spoons and measuring cups?

There's a 1 cup liquid measuring cup. No measuring spoons, nor a coffee scoop. If you plan on grilling, you'll need to bring tools as well.

There's a list of what's in each cabin online somewhere. I forgot where I got it. Perhaps you can check www.allears.net.

no baking sheets either, a couple of pyrex backing dishes, one bowl and one square.

Actually, what I found really handy is to get some Glad toss-able containers to store leftovers.

I cook a lot of food at once and re-heat it as needed. There aren't enough containers in the cabin to store food.
