8/3 Western Cruise Questions

Although I'm a new member to DIS, I have loved ready all of your postings in prepping for my yearly Disney pilgrimiges. Much appreciation!

We are making our second cruise on the Magic (1st was 8/2000) and very excited!! We (Mark 37, Michele 36, Matthew 13, and Sean 9 1/2) are treating my family (Barbara (Grandmom, Karen 28, Keith 35, Chris 35 and Julie 7) to this cruise for my Mom's 60th.

A few questions that I'm hoping to get some insight into:

1. Anyone have details on the Tulum Ruins tour in Cozumel? My mom wants to go, but isn't sure if it will be worth it considering it's scheduled for 7 hours.

2. Details on the wine package you can buy on board - cost? value? selections? etc.

3. My brother needs to have some medical supplies sent to the ship due to some health issues. Anyone have tips on how to do this. I have several forms that we've completed, but would prefer to make arrangements with a Special Services person to insure proper coordination/delivery/handling of things. Any help you can give to make this a bit easier is greatly appreciated.

Don't know about the ruins, now that I have read all the posts. But will make up my mind soon. I have signed my daughter and myself. Had the wine package last year, even with sharing around the table didn't drink all of it but found it worth the price and will do it again this year when we go (7/6 - I am taking my mom for her retirement present). Can't speak for medicines unfortunately but I am certain that someone will have the answer.
