I realize this is most likely not news to most of you, but time did spring forward overnight last night. I have been totally off normal, more than usual, all day. I took a Sunday afternoon nap and I still don't feel righted quite yet. Does anyone else have issues adapting to these changes?

I am feeling particularly snarly today because of the stupid time change.

I hear that Obama wants to do away with DST because it's true energy cost is far from the savings that it was supposed to bring about. I hear that heart attacks go up on DST change days too.
It's a stupid practice and I want it gone.

That would make me happy as a clam! I never understood the argument about the energy savings. If you have to get up and go to work you can't get ready in the dark. If you come home in the dark it's not like you are going to sit around without turning a lamp on. NO DIFFERENCE! :headache:

The time change doesn't effect me at all. Though I love when it's light / later

While I would much rather drive home in the light I don't think it really makes all that much of a difference. I had a hard time getting myself together today and just wanted to stay in bed.

I haven't had trouble adapting, but I did completely forget about the time change until I looked at the guide on the TV around 10 AM and it was an hour ahead.
Thank goodness I didn't have to work today or I'd have been in hot water!

The time change is not going well here. It was a tough morning. Just realized it is also a fullish moon. Just another reason to explain the moods....

I like it dark later! I like the kids sleep later because its dark longer in the mornings. I am still dragging and trying to adjust, but I like it!

I went to bed early in an attempt to get up on time again today and have a good start, but it was like pulling teeth dragging myself into the land of the awake when it's that dark outside. Don't get me wrong, I like for it to be dark in my room when I am asleep, but if there is not a certain amount of light in the room when my alarm goes off, I have a really hard time getting up.
I am so ready to fall back.

I love DST because it stays light longer. I get up and leave for work before the sun rises all year long so it does not bother me-I'm use to it. My alarm goes off at 4:30a.m. Monday-Friday.

I hate daylight savings time. This time it didn't bother me, though. Being a jobless bum does have it's perks! :lmao:

Same here...though I think today it was almost 8...that could be due to the clouds and whatnot, since it was threatening to rain.
BTW...what part of this great state *cough* is Seguin in? I've heard of it, but I'm not familiar with geographicality. :)
