Hi Gang
We have a $60 credit from SW from last June. We reduced our flight costs a couple of times and got the credit. Does anyone know if and when these expire?
Thanks,
Andy

I believe it's one year from the original date of booking.

Yup - one year from the original date that you paid for that first flight. You can check it online if you've forgotten.

from the transportation board.......if your flights have not changed with regards to timing, you can actually get your money back. I was able to do this, so maybe worth a try in case you can't go away before the one year is up.

I *think* that you might mean - "if your flights HAVE changed with regards to timing.
I'm not sure about SW, but other airlines will allow a refund if they change your flight times significantly.

Right............... in other words, if the times of the flights have not changed, but the price alone has dropped, you can get your money back on your cc, so you are not bound by the 1 year time frame. Sorry, I'll just blame it on the time change:lmao:
