We signed our contract on May 10 and sent the final payment today. So not only did we buy in but it's all paid off. What a wonderful feeling. Oh how happy I am - no more paying $200 a night at the Yacht Club. But how happy I am that we waited for the Beach Club Villas to be built. Can't wait to get started on our first trip to BCV in September!

Thanks for all of your good wishes. I just got finished planning our first trip as members in Sept and also another for January. You would think that I've never been to WDW before. I'm like a small child with a great new toy.

To think... it all started with a mouse!

Glad to Welcome home another ny'er. Every trip will make you feel like a child. We have owned since 92 and we love to travel from upstate NY to our "other home"

We are also new BCV owners and have been waiting to buy into DVC until they built at the Beach Club! I know what you mean about feeling like you have a new toy!!!

We're also planning our first trip "home" in September - maybe we'll see you at Stormalong Bay or Beaches & Cream!

Welcome home neighbor!! We're shooting for a trip to BCV sometime in October this year... can't wait!!

Going to be touring the units on Tuesday this week when we're down there!!!

Hey wdwcrazy, we signed our contract on May 10 too! Maybe we saw each other and didn't even know it! We've been thinking about buying for a while and it's really a great feeling to have actually done it!

Congratulations! I know the "high" you are on. When we purchased in Feb. I was walking on a cloud for some time. We are going home for the first time in Dec. and just made ressies for next Easter.
