I am far from camera savvy. I am looking for a basic point and shoot. Here are my requirements (or what I think are my requirements anyhow)
-- Thin (like the with of DH Blackberry)
-- Highest Optical zoom possible (with in other paramaters)
-- Under $150

I do not care about movie mode. I actually do not care much about megapixals (we currently have 3.2 so anything is going to be an imorovment)

Ive been told I should be concerned about Immage Stabalization, but like I said I am not camera savvy.

So, anyone have any recomendations, suggestions, input??

Thanks everyone!!

try this link, especially the compact, entry-level, and sub-compact cameras.

I know you are probably hoping that someone online will recommend a good camera. The fact is that your parameters can be met by several cameras on this list.

Try these too:

Group 2: Ultra compact/slim 'style' cameras

I would say, that in the sub-$150 market, if you can deal with a little bit more bulk (than that Blackberry), when look at the Panasonic Lumix LZ8.
