Ceremony at Magnolia Terrace Gazebo at POR?

Hello,

My DF & I are not planning to get married until 2011 or 2012, but we are looking into venues now. We definitely want a WDW wedding.:goodvibes

We were just browsing through POR pictures for our upcoming summer trip & we are in love with the grounds there. We came across a photo of the Magnolia Terrace Gazebo on allears:

Has anyone managed to have their ceremony here? Is it allowed for an Escape package? I know it wasn't on the list of ceremony sites I've read up on, but I wondered if Disney would work with you. We will have less than 20 people (including us) in total.

I doubt you would be allowed on the escape package as I thought it was only the sites listed on website that could be used - I would have thought you would be able to ask for a wishes wedding though :)

Can't hurt to ask! Worst they could do is say no, let us know how it works out!

I know & the gazebo looks so beautiful!! I wonder if alot of people get engaged in that gazebo??

I haven't been to POR since it was Dixie Landings & I don't remember this gazebo-is it even accessible by foot or is it blocked off I wonder?

Well I am not sure about POR. What I would do is ask it never hurst. If that fails the gazebo at the Yacht club is beautiful and I believe you can do an escape wedding there as well.
