:cheer2: :cheer2: I just wanted to shout out that Padalyn has lost over 40lbs on the Nutri-System program :cheer2: :cheer2: Way to go gyrl!!

I have been corrected....It is over 45lbs!!

Great job. Keep up the good work.

Corey tried Nutrisystem and she gained 15 lbs. and was working out like a maniac gym rat. :confused3

Congratulations Tony! I quit 10 years ago (cold turkey from 2 packs a day), so I know the battle can be tough.

CONGRATS...I hate dieting, cause im really not all that good at it. But I did start working out. (so that has to count for something)

I quit smoking about 4 years ago and still have a craving for one every now and then but they are few and far between. You can do it Tony!!!
