I also posted this on the BC Questions Forum.

Hello we have a BC Waterview concierge room third week of July . We are a family of 5 (7,8 & 11). I want to keep requests to a minimum but these are our "wants". Queen beds with daybed, is this automatic with 5 of us or does it need to be requested, full balcony, non smoking room. Are there larger rooms specifically that we can request, specific room numbers would be great!! I understand to call the day of arrival to make requests but I don't want to have a laundry list at that time. Any words of advice will be well taken. PS - thanks for this Forum, it helps a bunch!!! I would imagine that with a family of 5 the only room configuration you could have is 2 queen beds and a daybed. Someone will correct me if I am wrong. I would keep the requests to a minimum, putting the most important first. Non-smoking then balcony if that is the order of importance. I would not request a specific room. I have never had a bad water view room. If you request a certain room you have really limited your chances of getting what you REALLY want. If you are really unhappy with the room they give you ask for a change. (i doubt this would happen though). have a great time. BC is our FAVORITE!!:D
