Was There A Cirque Discount Summer of '09

Does anybody remember if there was a DVC Cirque discount last summer?

I couldn't find any non military discount past approx June 25th this year & was wondering if it would be prudent to wait to purchase jik a deal may be forthcoming:confused3

fyi, dates r last week of June to early July, 2010. thinking it's busy season & they don't need to offer any discounts to fill the seats:confused:
