Has anyone used the spa services at the Animal Kingdom Lodge? We're staying at PO - Riverside, but we have breakfast reservations one morning at Boma's at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and I was debating scheduling a massage for my husband and a pedicure for myself.

How far in advance did you schedule?

Any advice???

We stayed at the AKL concierge in April and I had a massage at the AKL spa. It was wonderful! It was a 50 minute full body swedish massage and I think with tip it was $90. The women who did the massage was great. Only complaint was that the table was a little uncomfortable because the place to rest your arms was awkward. But she brought over a chair and that provided me with a place to stretch over my shoulders. The spa itself is really well maintained and was virtually empty. They had exercise equipment, a sauna and treatment rooms. They also had lockers to put your clothes in. Don't know about pedicures, etc. Enjoy!

I had a wonderful massage there last summer. The spa is clean, small, professional and very nice. I also went to CSR to have a pedicure. It was a fun little adventure and my kids played in the pools while I was there ( they are both teenagers).
