OKW to Crique De Soliel question

We just got tickets for Cirque Du Soleil(sp) for a Saturday in June. We will be staying at OKW that night. Our tickets are for the 9pm show and were wondering if the boat will run late enough for us to return?

Also, here is our plan for that day....


Check in at OKW
Water Park till late afternoon.,,maybe pool hop to SAB.
OKW to rest and change.
DD for dinner and explore.
Cirque at 9pm

We have 2 boys 12 and 13...any suggestions on where to eat that will accept a PS on a Saturday???

I think the boat quits running at 10, but not sure about Saturdays. It is such a close walk to CDS on the path that I would suggest that, however it is not lighted, so a flashlight would be necessary. The bus will run, but takes a long time. You can walk it in 10 minutes.

I would take the bus. The boat leaves the DD area for it's last trip at 9:40pm. The walkway, while a nice stroll, is not illuminated much of the way and may not be a safe plan in the dark.

You will need to walk to the PI bus stop- which runs until 2:00am. They have discontinued the bus stop next to Cirque.

When did they discontinue that bus, Doc?

They stopped the West Side bus stop last fall I think. It was poorly used and added quite a bit of time to the bus routes. Except for Cirque, it isn't much closer than the PI stop to the DD area.

We did this a number of years ago, but I'm not sure which show we saw. If I remember correctly, we took the boat to DD and then took the bus back. This worked well, as the boat did not run late enough. Cirque is grate. Since we saw it in DW we've been to both Las Vegas shows and the last touring show. Boy did we get hooked. Have fun!:bounce:

You will love the show "Cirque Du Soleil"!!! :D It is the best show on Disney property.;) It is well worth the price of admission that they charge.
