dogs at the fort

I know it is a ways away, but we are planning a trip to the fort in Dec 2011. At that time we will have an almost 4yo springer spaniel. I have been looking into the kennels at the fort and was wondering if anyone has had experience with them. We are planning on staying in a cabin. We have kenneled her here at home, it was only for 2 nights and when we picked her up she was filthy!!! reeked of urine, and have poop encrusted into her pads. It was absolutly disgusting!!! She is very attatched to us, and like the idea that we could go walk her and play with her daily.

What has been everyone elses experince with the FW kennels?
