Cost of sending water via UPS?

Has anyone ever sent a case of bottled water via UPS? I am sending a box of snacks down so I thought I could send a case of bottled water too. Has anyone ever sent bottled water down? What was the cost from your area? Any tips?:confused3

Might be cheaper just to order it from costco. I read somewhere that its $6 and you don't have to be a member.:thumbsup2 Also I just read that gardengrocer charges $12 for disney resorts and their prices look comparable to what you find down there.

Agree with pp - use garden grocer and they will deliver what you need(Instead of shipping down a box of snacks) for $12.00 and most folks give a tip here is the link

I used Garden Grocer last year. I really liked them but the problem is that It is only me and my DD6 going and the size of their boxes is large and more spendy. I priced it out and it will be much cheaper for me to fill a box with food from my local Super Walmart and ship it down. Thanks for the Costco tip! I priced out a case of water at around 7.00 delivered so I will order from there. Thanks for your help!:)

I ordered water from Costco yesterday for our arrival 3/7. They have already shipped it and it is scheduled to be delivered on 3/4. We are not members and I think the fee was .35 so the total was still under $8 including delivery.
I thought that might help you with the amount of time you will need when ordering.

COSTCO will sell & deliver that cheaply, even for NON members? Very interesting...

Yes, I ordered from their website, it was 7.80 including non-member fee and tax. Shipping was free.
