Well, these are going to have to get tougher sooner or later! ;)
Outside of what attraction would you find the following 'sign'?

Now for the real question: Just who is W. Ray Colburn, and why is this barrel sitting here?

Everyone did very well on this one!
The barrel is indeed located outside of Peter Pan's Flight in Fantasyland. The 'lost boys' wording on the barrel ties it in with this attraction. I accepted Mickey's PhilharMagic, since it is close to the exit of that attraction.
W. Ray Colburn is the head of the real Reedy Creek Fire Department and the barrel is there to cover up a fire hydrant and plumbing, and the wording let's the real life firemen know it's there in case of an emergency.
