Hey everybody!
I really like workout dvds. I have most of the Turbo Jam collection (fun!), a couple Firm workouts (they work!), Jillians 30-day Shred (hard but good!), Results, and the Rockin' Body/Hip Hop Abs collections (though i gotta be in the right mood to do those ones, that Shawn T is a handfull!).
Lately though, i have not felt as motivated. Anyone else like exercise dvd's or have any that they would recommend? I need something new and different. They have helped me loose 30 lbs., but i have come to enjoy them so much i want to keep it up, and get some new ones that will keep things interesting. :cool1:

My brother- the work out freak- loves Power 90 X. They are very intense. I like the BeachBody DVDs- Slim Series and P90. P90X is very good.

I love Gaiam videos. None of them are very intense, which can be good.

For yoga:
Beginners.
AM & PM (I try and do it every morning, occasionally before bed)
Quick start weight loss.

Other:
Pilates. (After a few times, it gets pretty easy.)
Easy pilates (Basically the same as pilates only less intense so I don't use it.)
Walk, Sculpt, and tone. (It's just walking in place, and there is a 30 minute, and 60 minute workout.)

Those are the only ones I have. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread for new DVDs!
