E-mail notice when keyword is used

I'm sorry if this is posted to the wrong board, but I"m curious if on the Rent/Trade board, if it is possible for the system to send out automatic e-mail notices if certain terms (ie: BCV, etc.) are used in previous threads. Otherwise, I can simply refresh my browser - but just wanted to double check. I am aware that you can search for specific terms too. Thanks!

No, you can subscribe to a thread and receive notice when new posts are added, but there is no automated system to do what you are asking.
