Oh! I've searched high and low for the number....I've put it in a safe place... too safe....:rotfl2: but to save me turning my home upside down, can someone give me the member services number when calling from the UK? Also are they open today?
Thanks :thumbsup2

I removed MS's 800 number from Shooby doo's post. We do not allow that number to be posted on the boards.

Calls to the 800 number are paid for by members through the annual dues. There have been problems in the past with non-members calling the 800 number so a decision was made not to publish the 800 number here on the boards. It's actually in the DISboards' word filter but it only catches it if it is typed using American phone number format with hyphens, for example: 800-123-4567. In that case the word filter replaces the number with asterisks: 800-********.

The number is on the member's site as well. Don't ask me exactly where, because I can never find it! :rotfl2:

I have it programmed in my phone, will no doubt be assigning a speed dial button nearer the 90 day mark... :lmao:

It's on the MS site under the Contact details - the MS number is there and you add it in after the AT&T number below HTH!

We just joined and my guide emailed me the number for member services but gave me a choice of 2 0800 numbers to dial before the member services US number. One for BT (0800 890011) and one for AT&T (0800 0130011) - which one do I use??:confused3:confused3
