MoneyZap apparently is Blink's preferred way to send cash. You need to set up an account with MoneyZap (it's a product of Western Union) that references your checking account. Once that's done, your money will be deposited in your specified account. I'm surprised if you went through Blink that they didn't step you through the MoneyZap procedure. Money Zap is listed in Blink's Quick Click section.
To cut and paste text (or whatever), highlight the stuff you want to cut, go up to the top menu. Click Edit and Cut. Once you have the program you want to paste the text into running, click Edit and then Paste. The text you cut will reappear.

I don't like giving out account information over the internet either. But they use encryption devices so that your input (like your name and account number) are scrambled, and no one is able to read them. I've just made double sure that it is stated somewhere on the web page that the transaction is secure. And MoneyZap is. I've never had any trouble with false charges, etc. thus far, anyway. :D
Glad I could help.
