Maggiano's, a *spectacular* Italian restaurant outside the new Streets at Southpoint, *just* off I-40 and pretty much smack dab in the center of the Triangle, has wonderful arrangements for large groups - family style serving, and a number of private rooms, I believe. Has anyone else here eaten there yet?

Yay!!! Ok, I'm making a list (but probably will be checking it more than twice). Ok maybe we at least have 7 (more if spouses/significant others and children come) It will definitely be and my baby (7 months) hopefully husband too. Ok, keep posting everyone (and you don't have to be limited to the Triangle if you happen to be passing through or want to take a drive over here for the afternoon).

Ok here comes the hard part, I'm gonna throw out a couple of dates and see if we can come up with a mutually agreeable day and time. How's June, 8, 15th or 22nd for anyone say noon at Magianno's at Streets at Southpoint? (DVCajun, am I just taking over this post?- sorry).

I'm actually the reverse of Marley - of those three dates, the 15th is the only one we *can't* make - we'll be in Charlotte, hopefully, for a preview of Lilo and Stitch... hopefully. :)

We (my DH,DD'S,AND I) would love to meet at Southpoint it is only about 10 miles from my front door to it's door. My DD's are having a birthday sleepover 6/14 , so the 15th might be tough. All the other dates are workable. Since it's summer and kids are out of school we could meet early evening at a park of some sort so the kids would have something to do, just a suggestion.

How about anyone that is interested let us know what Saturday(or Sunday) afternoon you'd be availabe for the Summer. Maybe if we extend it far enought out, the majority of people who want to come will all have the same date available. Like I said, I'm pretty flexible.

Hey guys!

We're interested in joining you for the meet at SouthPoint (love that restaurant--watch out, the portions are huge!), but can't do this month. Why, you ask? We'll be in WDW for a week and on the Magic for a week! Yee ha! Will be back in town on June 23. We're OK every weekend in July except the 5-7.

There are two of us, DD, age 10 and I.

Keep us posted on the date.

I sent out a bunch of PM's to everyone interested (I'm pretty sure I sent one to you), the two dates we're looking at now are either Saturday July 20 or 27 (lunch). So far about 4 or 5 people have responded back saying those dates were good for them. It's a little far out I know, but maybe this way there is a better chance of nailing down a date everyone (or most everyone) can make.

Either date would work for us, but you might have to corral us on the 27th. We'll be leaving for BCV the following Friday. We are sooooooo stoked!!! How do you know if you have a PM?
