acai and colon cleanse detox?

Every time I log online I see these Rachel Ray and Oprah clips on the combined Acai and colon cleanse detox, you hear about the persons weight loss and it sounds great, but does it really work?

Has anyone tried the combo and if so did you have good results?
I have about 10-15lbs to loose and my weight will not budge no matter what I do.

These detox cleanses are dangerous. Eating clean whole healthy food is all you need to detox. These things will wipe your colon of the healthy bacteria and cause more harm than good.

If you look at Oprah's site -she does not endorse anything like this. They latch on to celebrities who have mentioned the antioxidents in theAcai berry. They are not endorsing this detox by any means.

Anything that seems to good to be true, is usually that.
