Hi, does anyone know if the new Portobello restaurant at Downtown Disney is included on the dining plan? The menu looks awesome and it has gotten some good reviews. Thanks for your help!

Portobello does not accept the dining plan. They might accept the premium and platinum package plans, but not the regular or deluxe dining plans. (And it isn't a new restaurant - it just underwent a refurbishment and a name change, or rather a name shortening, and I think it's also under new management. But it still does not accept the dining plan.)

Going by a quick read of the brochure, the following are available on Platinum/Premium, but not Basic or Deluxe:
Victoria and Albert's (GF)
Rainforest Cafe (AK)
Rainforest Cafe (DTD)
Portobello (DTD)
While the brochure I have does not say so, I've heard that TRex (DTD) is also included.

TRex is owned by Landry's just like the Rainforest Cafes. They have never participated in the DDP, so I would assume the new TRex would not either.

T-Rex, like Portobello and Rainforest Cafe, does not participate in the dining plan, but does accept the dining component of the premium and platinum package plans.
