Okay, so I'm listening to today's email show while I drive to Weight Watchers and Pete says and our last voicemail is a question from Suzette. WHAT!?!?!?!?! I put the show on pause, called my husband and screamed "They are playing my voicemail!" He asked me to please calm down and speak slower and clearer. Then he laughed at me. I told him I was too nervous to even list to it because what if I sounded like an idiot.

So anyway...this was my first anything to be played or read on the show and I was very excited. Also pleased that I didn't stammer and stutter all over the place. Just wanted to share because no one else would really understand how excited I was.

So if any of the Podcast team peeks at this thread THANKS for playing my voicemail.

I'm with you....I love being on the show, but I always think I sound like an idiot. Of course I didn't help my cause with the "backgroud" music last time!

I have had 1 e-mail read (2 years ago, before I knew how COOL it was to get my e-mail read! :worship: ) and one VM played (just a few weeks ago) and I act like a dork every time. I get all nervous just hearing them. So, I know just how you feel!

Don, you never have sounded like an idiot...or you didn't until you added that background music, that is :rotfl: Actually, I was impressed that you did the whole music thing...I can barely get the words out of my mouth when I call, let alone give them 'fancy' delivery.

Congrats Suzette on having your VM played!

Congrats! :woohoo:

You're not the only one that gets excited. Every time I hear "Dara, rhymes with Sara" I know exactly who they're referring to and I make all my family members listen. ;)
