 I just found out this week that DH and I are going to be first time parents! YAY!!! We celebrated our honeymoon and each of our previous anniversaries in WDW. We had already planned our 6 year anniversary celebration this coming October, but with a Halloween due date, we just changed our 2009 vacation (and last kid-free trip for a long time) to the second week of May! I am so excited about our new addition and our change of dates, even though both were very unexpected. We aren't telling everybody (other than family) for another month, but I just had to share somewhere! :woohoo: I am looking forward to doing Disney pregnant, even though I am a thrill ride lover. Any tips you have for a "12 weeks along" mommy at WDW are appreciated! :yay:

Wow, congratulations for a new member and to come soon. I don't have any idea about going pregnant but just wait because lots of kind members here will help you about that.

Have a nice day. :)

Congratulations! Enjoy this beginning of oh so many 'firsts'. Don't think of it as the last time going alone....It's your first trip with a 'growing' family, lol. I did travel to WDW in May, 17 long years ago, with a Halloween due date. Just be sure to take good care of yourself. Don't know how your tummy will be treating you at that time, but do put yourself first. IF you don't make rope drop in the morning, so what? Be prepared to need to have toast or soda crackers or some such available in the morning if you have a bit of morning sickness. If you are staying on site, and not having a car, you may need to bring what you need along. I always tell my dd that that was her 'first' trip to WDW! Enjoy your pregnancy!

Congratulations!

WDW will be a very magical place for you in 4-5 years with your child. It is incredible. Many wonderful blessings in your future. Enjoy!

12 weeks... solution.

Saltines and Ginger Ale... don't leave home with out them. "Morning sickness" should really be called "all-day sickness."

Ginger is a natural way to keep the nausea under control, so ginger ale was my friend for most of my pregnancy. Maybe it is all psychological, I don't know, but IT WORKS.

Congratulations! Lots of... :coffee: :laundy: and pixiedust: in your future.
