Why is it when I go to save this weeks podcast it gives me the 2-18 show, but if I just stream it plays this weeks show?

I know - it does it to me every week for a few hours until they remember to change the link. The date on the left is correct, but the link is usually wrong for a few hours. Here is the link to this week's show:

Weirdly, last week when i downloaded the discussion show marked 18/2 from iTunes, it downloaded, then came up as 12/2 email show in my iPod - however it WAS the correct show but cut out after 57 mins (the length of the previous weeks email show).
Was very odd
