It's from the Disneyland attraction. :thumbsup2 It puts my 36x24 framed PotC poster to shame.

Oh I would KILL for that! And yes, would totally hang it over the headboard in our bedroom. I wonder how someone got that?

It might work for the entrance to a bear bar as well.....but Disney might get a bit upset. :upsidedow

We lost our (here in Orlando) bear bar a few years ago! :sad2:

But we still have our CB Jamboree!

I saw a couple of the CBJ bears walking around the MK in October. They were cruising.....I mean....walking around the attraction.

So, did anyone happen to catch the auction of Michael Jackson's stuff? The Disney items start on page 206 of the Julien's Auction Catalog (http://www.juliensauctions.com/auctions/2009/michael-jackson/icatalog4.html).

Just checked out the auction. Some very cool stuff, some kind of creepy (like life size John Darling statue).

Yeah we were trying to find one on our last trip there. No luck.

We have about 3 in Dallas, plus they hold the Texas Bear Round Up in March, which I think is the 2nd largest. All I know is that they put extra drains on all the sinks, tubs, swimming pools, jacuzzi's due to all the excess hair due to the additional 1000+ hairy men that swarm upon our gayborhood.

Yeah, I found that to have a big creep factor attached too. :scared: However, some of the other stuff was really cool. I really like that Donald Duck drawing signed by Walt.

My friend Jeffrey, who went with me to WDW last year, is kind of friends (or acquaintances that run into each other a few times a year) with the guy who designed the brown/yellow/tan bear flag. I was talking with Jeffrey on the phone a couple years ago when he was living in DC, and he was in one of the DC bars at the time we were talking. This is how the odd conversation went.....

Jeffrey: Guess who's here!
Me: Who?
Jeffrey: You know the bear flag?
Me: The brownish, striped one?
Jeffrey: Yep.
Me: Uh huh.
Jeffrey: Hold on.......here......*hands his phone to someone else*
Unknown Man: Hi!
Me: Hello.
Greg: I'm Greg.
Me: Hi, Greg. How're you?
Greg:..................I designed the bear flag.
Me:............................................... .................

Then about 4 months later I'm talking to Jeffrey again, who once again is at one of the bars (no surprise).......

Jeffrey: .....So can I stay at your place when I come to visit Ohiooooowait a second! Here. *hands the phone to someone else*
Unknown Man: Hello?
Me: Howdy.
Greg: This is Greg.
Me: Hi Greg, This is Sean. How've you been?
Greg: .................I designed the bear flag.
Me: .............................I think you mentioned that to me the last time we talked. That's very cool.
Greg: I did?
Me: Uh huh.
Greg: ...........Oh.........................Here's Jeffrey back.

**I'm pretty sure the guy's name is Greg, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll call him "Greg" for now**

This reminds me of when we went to the Folsom Stree Fair two years ago in San Francisco. It's a leather/fetish street fair. No, we're not into that, but we did dress up in Leather Drag and went down to see all the um, stuff.

Quite a crazy time.

Anyhoodles, we were in some hot, steamy, sweaty leather bar and two of our friends who were in the Masters of Disapline (MOD) group, took us over to meet this older man sitting off in the corner drinking a beer with friends.

After they introduced us, I still had this look on my face of not knowing who he was. Then our friend informed us (as if we were not from this planet) that this was the man who started the whole leather movement and designed the leather flag.

I didn't know how to respond so all I said as I boldly turned around, waving my arm over the crowd, "So you're the cause of all of this crazyness?"

My friends were horrified, like I had punch Mother Theresa in the face or something.

He actually laughed at what I said and responded with, "Guilty!" He was actually a great guy once we started talking to him and even seemed embarrassed by our friends adoring attention, doing everything but turn around to be beaten by The Master. :worship:
