Okay, so now you have got to know me, and got used to requesting (like with the luggage/backpack tags), I thought I might get away with boring you with a few t-shirt DISigns suitable for DLRP
This works in the same way - request personalisation on this thread and keep watching this space and when I have finished your request, I will post it here. Save it onto your computer (right click and 'save picture as') and when you are ready, buy a plain t-shirt and some t-shirt transfer paper (I recommend using DARK transfer paper everytime, even for light or white shirts), print out your DISign onto the transfer paper (following manufacturers instructions) and iron onto your t-shirt (again following manufacturers instructions) and voila your own personalised shirt for DLRP!!!
Any questions, please shout up and I will try to help you
Please check out my photobucket (link below in siggie) as there are many DISigns there and although most have been DISigned with WDW in mind, many can be adapted for DLRP
Hugs as always
Joanne

No I don't. Is this a bought programme? We on the 'Creative Disigns' board quite often share clipart etc so maybe the stuff you recognise I have got from other DISigners who have it, I use a bizarre combination of powerpoint, paint and some photo editing programme (whose name I can't remember). I get my clipart and backgrounds from the internet mainly. It is all free and available to anyone. What do you recognise and I can tell you where I got it.

Hi Joanne - do you hate it when people don't know what they want? Because I've looked at all your DISigns and they're so fab I can't choose.

I was thinking of having something like 'Back at Disneyland Resort Paris' and 'Hildasmuriel & family' ............or something.:confused3

I love your Weatherspoon family Disign, but I also liked the Mickey and Minnie you did for Ajay, and I LOVE this too....

"transfer paper" is the one that you iron it on ? and is it washable?

tinkerbell 766
03-11-2009, 10:06 AM
Once ironed on to the t-shirt it's machine washable. I always wash seperately in mild detergent eg Fairy and do not use fabric conditioner. Transfer paper varies enormously in quality and I have tried many here in the UK. I send to the USA for mine. A DISing friend who posts on the creative DISigns board has a business selling it and it is the BEST. Let me know if you want the link to her website

Oh that is SUPERB...thank you.

My daughter does really love that 'Kicking up dust' one, but could it be done without her name on it? Just saying 'Tinkerbell' and then 'Disneyland Resort Paris 2009' ? That would be really great, if you don't mind doing a second one for us. :worship:

Can i ask if you need a good printer to be able to print these designs off...?

My printer doesnt print well in colour at all-would the quality differ?

Is there somewhere else I could take it too to be printed off on the transfer paper?

You look fab!! I've got my luggage tags printed and laminated - now I am watching this thread as I think we are going to break form the "I don't wear band tshirts to concerts" theory and join in with you!!

Suddenly I don't feel so much of a geek lol :-)

I could maybe create something for you in black and white if you like. I don't think the ones created in colour would work printed in black and white butyou could try printing it on normal paper and see what it looks like!!!
