Transportation from WLV to the parks on July

We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge Villas next July 6th for about a week. We will have a rental car, but would prefer to use Disney Transportation.

Can anyone tell me what time the first boat from WLV to the MK picks up people? Also what time the buses start from WLV to Epcot/MGM/AK?

Also, once in the parks (first thing), how bad are the lines to get into the parks/attractions? Never been there in July, so I'd appreciate any insight.

The boat leaves 30 minutes before MK opens.

The buses leave about an hour before the parks open.

We really liked the convenience of letting Disney do the driving.
