What are the dates for the 4/3 deal?

Is there a blackout for April 13-19?

And since I already have a ressie, if another deal pops up before we go, can it be applied to our ressie? What are the chances of this happening?

I don't know about the pin code but you can go on waltdisneyworld
website and the 4/3 deal is listed there with the blackout dates.

we were able to get the 4/3 deal during the "blackout" dates. apparently there is limited availability. go on the website, plug in your dates, and see what you get. it is prob a better deal than a pin if you can stay 7 nts, but u have to call CRO for a quote with a pin to compare.
