Disney HHI - Beach House question

Question for those who know the HH area better than I do....

Over by the Disney Beach House, there is another timeshare resort. You have to go thru the gates to get to the Beach House. Can you tell me which resort this is?

Also, where are Marriott Barony Beach and Grande Ocean located on HHI, relative to the Shelter Cove area? Do you prefer one over the other, and why?

I don't recall having to go through another timeshare to get to the beach house, but you do have to go through the gate to Palmetto Dunes. It's a community similar to Sea Pines, etc. I think there's a Marriott on one side of the Beach House, but I'm not sure which one.

Marriott Grande Ocean is located on down 278 near the Sea Pines Resort.

Barony Beach is north of Palmetto Dunes. Neither of them are within walking distance.

If I had to choose I would go with Grande Ocean due to the location, but it is older then Barony.

You are entering the Palmetto Dunes resort when you go through the guard house to get to the Beach house. I am sure there are timeshares in there, but it also has privately owned condos and homes.
