Okay so this is the final plan that DH and I have spent WEEKS deciding!

Arrival Day (coming in late in the afternoon):
Dinner - Yachtsman Steakhouse (7-8pm)

DTD/Epcot Day:
Lunch - Wolfgang Puck Express (11am-12pm)
Epcot by 1pm - snack at F&W
Dinner - Rose & Crown (Illuminations)

DHS Day:
Lunch - Sci Fi Dine In (11am-1pm)
Dinner - Flying Fish (5:30pm-6pm - then return to DHS for EMH)

MK Day:
Breakfast - Crystal Palace (8-9am)
Lunch - Columbia Harbor House or back to CSR for Siesta's and Pool (1pm)
Dinner - Narcoossee's (6pm-7pm - then return to MK for EMH)

AK Day:
Breakfast - Tusker House (9-10am)
Dinner - Jiko (5:30-6pm)
DTD for the rest of the night

Departure Day (departing MCO at 3:10pm, ME leaves at 12:10pm):
Breakfast - either Crystal Palace, 1900PF or Maya Grill (8-9am)
spend a little time at either MK or resort before leaving

Does this all sound do-able? Does it sound like I've spaced it out enough, or should we space it out even more? I've never been to a park before it opened, and I'm excited about the 2 breakfasts I have planned... any advice?

Thanks in advance!!

We usually do a CS for lunch and a TS for dinner and we space them out a little more. We'll do a CS around Noon, and then our TS around 7:30. When we do a Character Buffet for breakfast, we'll do that around 10/10:30, skip lunch, and then eat dinner around 6:30/7.

How many days do you have park passes for?

I notice that you said Crystal Palace for breakfast on departure day. If you don't have a park pass for that day, you won't be able to get in.

I highly recommend 1900 Park Fare for breakfast.

Chef Mickey's and Ohana also have character breakfasts (Contemporary and Polynesian, respectively.)

I've not tried the Maya Grill, but why not?

Your AK day: If you'll schedule your breakfast for a time before the park opens, you can be there and be first in line for EE and get your FP too.

Heck, you could do that for all the breakfasts inside the parks (Crystal Palace, etc.)

How about Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast? It's not a buffet, but still all you can eat. And verrrrry good.

It looks like you've got a really good plan.

We're doing TS for breakfast and dinner (or very late lunch). We plan on using our snack credits or remaining meal credits for any lunches we will want. The breakfasts can definitely fill your tummy for hours.

on your day you go to sci fi i would space those meals out a little more. you will be stuffed, trust me! and if for some reason you were hungry you could always use one of your snack credits for the day.i would push it back from 5:30 to at least 6 or 6:30

Thank you for the suggestions!

We will have park tickets for the last day, just because we weren't sure if we could get an early/late flight, so we went with the tickets just in case!!

I will space out the Sci-Fi and Flying Fish a bit more, that makes sense! I know Sci-Fi isn't worth it if we don't get burgers, fries and shakes - oof, how full we will be!!

DH and I aren't really early risers, getting to work at 8:30am is always a rough task, so sleeping in is definitely something we want to do! The only *early* breakfast that we're considering is Crystal Palace, because I want to see Main Street all glistening and people-free! :thumbsup2

Thanks again, you're making me way more confident in our decisions!!

PS - As far as getting into AK early to get EE fastpasses.... DH and I are too scared to go on it! I can't do "backwards" rides due to an inner ear problem and DH thinks he'd freak out being above AK so high with torn tracks!!! Although I would LOVE to ride that ride!!!!
