There is a slight possibility that my DH may not be able to join us at check in for our trip that (hopefully) will include FD. How will this work? Can I book him as a guest at check in even if he won't get there til one or two days later? This seems like it could be open for abuse..saying there is an extra person, then using those dining credits for yourself? But truly, this may happen, I just don't know if we would be able to have him join us late and either (yes) be included on the FDP(maybe with fewer credits?) or (no) he could stay in the room but won't have any dining credits?

Anyway, I'm bored today, so I thought I would start coming up with "out there" questions for anyone else who is bored, too..

Thanks for the info!!

I have heard several answers to this on either side. I think though especially during free dining they may want everyone there so they know you are not trying for extra food credits. If you are there paying for the DDP you may not have to have everyone there.

Well, you're putting the person on the package, including getting tickets (unless you're DVC or AP holders). It does sound like an abusable loophole, though.
